How It Works
Initiate
Visit your account, go to Order History, and select "Return Items" — or email us at vivere.live@gmail.com.
Pack
Place the item in its original packaging. It should be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
We Collect
We arrange complimentary pickup from your doorstep. No post office visits required.
Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be in resalable condition
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer complimentary exchanges within 15 days. Reach out to us and we'll arrange a direct swap — no need to place a second order.
