What is Vivere?
Vivere is premium nightwear for women who believe the way you end your day matters. We use the same fabrics and finishing as international luxury houses — modal blends, satin finishes, considered lace — and make them accessible.
What makes Vivere different?
We stripped away the excess markup and kept the quality. Every piece is crafted with premium materials, thoughtful design, and ethical manufacturing. The difference is something you feel the moment you put it on.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Our Size Guide has detailed measurements for every style. We offer XS through XL in most pieces. If you're between sizes, the reviews often have helpful fit notes from real customers.
What if my size doesn't fit?
We offer complimentary exchanges within 15 days. Simply reach out and we'll arrange a size swap — no hassle.
Do you offer extended sizes?
Currently XS through XL. An expanded range is in development. Let us know if you'd like to be notified.
Fabrics & Care
What fabrics do you use?
Our collection features premium modal blends, silk satin finishes, breathable cotton voile, and bamboo-cotton blends. Modal is naturally breathable, exceptionally soft, and gentle on sensitive skin.
How should I care for my Vivere?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Low heat iron if needed. With proper care, every piece is designed to endure beautifully.
Are your fabrics sustainable?
Modal is derived from natural wood pulp — more sustainable than polyester, less water-intensive than conventional cotton. We're committed to responsible sourcing across our supply chain.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
3-5 business days across India. Orders ship within 1-2 days of purchase. Track your order anytime.
Do you offer complimentary shipping?
Yes — complimentary shipping on qualifying orders across India. Cash on delivery is available at every pin code.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped, we can often accommodate changes. Contact us immediately and we'll do our best.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
15-day returns, no questions asked. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We arrange complimentary pickup. Full details on our Returns page.
How long until I receive my refund?
5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), UPI, Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure gateway.
Is my payment information secure?
Completely. We never store your card details. All payments are handled through Shopify's PCI-compliant secure infrastructure.
